Obituary of Brian Cullen

Brian Patrick Joseph Cullen, of Jupiter, Florida (formerly of Madison, NJ and Dublin, Ireland) passed away on Sunday, February, 26, 2023.

Brian was born on March 19, 1977 to Catherine “Kay” Forrest and Patrick Cullen. He grew up in Ireland until moving to New Jersey in 1986.

Brian was a 1995 graduate of Madison High School, where he was an avid ice hockey player. He was also talented skate boarder. In 1999 Brian moved to Florida where he eventually met his wife, Katie Fennell Cullen.

Brian was the owner and operator of Cullen Painting and Contracting for many years. He was dedicated to his clients and loved his job. Brian also loved to cook.

Brian loved his wife & family more than anything, and he touched many lives. He was always willing to listen and offer help to those in need.

Brian will be deeply missed by all that loved and knew him.

Brian is survived by his loving wife, Katie Fennell Cullen; his parents, Catherine “Kay” Forrest and Patrick Cullen; his two sisters, Sandra Cullen and Michelle Schwarzbeck & her husband Richard; his mother-in-law, Nancy Fennell; sister and brother-in-laws, Chrissy & DJ Stange, Beth & Bo Young; his niece, Lauren Schwarzbeck; his nephews, Justin Schwarzbeck & Joseph Young; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

A Memorial Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 17, 2023 at St. Vincent Martyr Church, 26 Green Village Road, Madison. For those unable to attend in person, you may attend the mass virtually by visiting www.svmnj.org
