I've known Cesar since 2016. He was my Boss when I moved to America and I couldn't have asked for another person to be my Manager, He was a great person first and foremost and I am devastated to learn this bad news. We've never met in person as we were working at different sites but he was always someone I looked up to. He is a great mentor and a very good man. My deepest condolences to the family and Rest in peace, Cesar. I will miss you. S
