Dr. Potash was instrumental in my academic journey! I was his teaching assistant while getting my masters in clinical psychology at FDU and had the pleasure to house sit for him and his wife on several occasions. He was a caring, supportive, and brilliant man, and my thoughts are with his family.

Dr Potash was my professor is Clinical Psychology at FDU and started me on the road to becoming a clinical psychologist. His lectures were always informative, entertaining and clearly presented. The fact that he was practicing psychology at the time he was teaching brought his instructions to life in a meaningful manner. He certainly had the respect of his students and was a most important influence in our educational experience. I will keep him in my prayers and hope that he and his family members will receive God's Grace.
William Clark, Ph.D.

I am so saddened to hear the news of Dr. Potash's passing. He was one of my all time most beloved professors. I attended FDU in Madison for my Masters in Clinical Psychology in 1991-93. His philosophy, tutelage, and kindness left such an indelible mark on me. I will forever be grateful to have had the opportunity to be his student. I sent him a holiday card every year, mostly to remind him how much I valued having him as my teacher on my journey to become a psychologist. Sending much love and prayers to his dear family. May his memory be a blessing to you all, I know it will be for me. ~Kitty Merriwether Shipley
