Obituary of Vita DeRosa

Vita DeRosa Madison mother, grandmother Vita DeRosa (nee Aceste) of Madison, N.J., died on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015, at the Chatham Hills Sub Acute Care Center In Chatham Township, N.J. She was 92 years old. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Friday, Aug. 14, at 9 a.m. from the Madison Memorial Home, 159 Main St., Madison, with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent Martyr Church, Madison. Interment is in St. Teresa Cemetery, Summit, N.J. Visitation is on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. Mrs. DeRosa was born in New York City and lived in Brooklyn and the past 48 years in Madison. She was a re-insurance coordinator for the Home Insurance Indemnity Co. in New York City for over 20 years, retiring many years ago. Vita was predeceased by her beloved husband, Louis, and is survived by her loving children, Michael Anthony, Anthony Louis, and Louis Anthony; a dear sister and brother, Anna Ely and Frank Aceste, and five devoted grandchildren.
