When I think back to Artie I remember him as a clarinetist and I remember him smiling and chuckling at jokes. His whole upper body would move! As a trombonist I was always behind and saw most of everything. He loved to chat with his compatriots.

My condolences to you all.
Please know that Art was a wonderful person to me. He was kind, caring, and loving. He cared very much for his father and mother. He was there for me to support me in runs and charitable events. He always offered kind words when I was down, especially after the passing of my father. We have been friends since high school. I will miss him riding by and beeping while I'm at crossing and just getting those messages from him. I am so saddened by his loss. I will truly miss him and I know he is up in heaven with his dad and my dad watching over all of us. All those who knew the true Art know what a blessing he was to have in their life.

He was a kind hearted friend that was taken from the world too soon. I always think of Artie when I am watching our Miami Dolphins and whenever I hear the Doors.

I was so very sorry to read of Art's passing. I only knew him from the Twilight Zone Fan Group on Facebook, but I remember him as a nice, funny man. Peoples' personalities shine through their words, and his words were humorous, kind and thoughtful like his photo on Facebook. We are a family on the TZ page and we will surely miss him. Prayers for his family.

Dearest Art: I am so very saddened to hear of your passing. I know we never met in person but I thank you for your friendship these past few years. Facebook friendship is real....I am so brokenhearted right now. You were there for me to talk to and to share my love of Twilight Zone with. You had a wonderful sense of humour and always managed to make me laugh...or smile. I will think of you whenever I see our friend 'George' on TZ...that will always be our little joke. We had so much in common it will be hard for me to not connect you with those things...RUSH, classic country music/country music awards, Degrassi, the images of space you loved to share that I always found so beautiful, and of course our beloved TZ. What will I do without you to talk to now....I will still talk to you....but I guess it will be in my prayers or when I look at the moon or the night sky. God bless you my sweet friend...Godspeed....hope to meet someday on the other side. Love you xo

Dear Art. You spoke to me when I was awake and everyone you knew was sleeping. You made me laugh with your jokes and silly stories. You helped me through my endless nights and reminded me of who I used to be. You were my friend. I will miss you always.

Art,
I will never forget your thoughtfulness; I will never forget your kindness. I am so grateful I had gotten to know you and so sad that you were taken so young. The beautiful cutting board engraved with scripture that your surprised me with....I will think of you every time I see it. I miss you and will always remember you. Rest In Peace, Friend. Someday we will meet on the other side. Xoxo

AP, I’m going to miss you brother, I’m going to miss our random conversations about the honeymooners and of course the 3 stooges. You would always post some funny stuff under a post of mine when I said I was watching some show and that would give me such a great laugh. God Bless you my friend and remember it’s never goodbye it’s I’ll see ya later.

We came of age together all those years ago Artie, and the memory of those times we spent growing up and making music together have never faded. They will always be a part of me. Whenever I hear those songs I smile and think of you on stage next to me quietly but steadily keeping the ryhthm. That's how I will always remember you. Rest easy my old friend and know that you will always be in my thoughts.

Between the dawn and the dark of night
And if you go no one may follow
That path is for your steps alone"

All men have stars, but they are not the same things for different people. For some, who are travelers, the stars are guides. For others they are no more than little lights in the sky. For others, who are scholars, they are problems... But all these stars are silent. You-You alone will have stars as no one else has them. else has them...In one of the stars I shall be living. In one of them I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing, when you look at the sky at night...You—only you—will have stars that can laugh. -
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
You are already missed by so many who loved you so much. I only wish you had known that.

I'm going to miss your honest smile, Artie. You brought more light to the world than your realized and you'll be missed. I'm glad I got to know you in these last few years, and wish I'd gotten to know you better. Godspeed.
