Obituary of Dr. Henry L. Kazal

Henry Lawrence Kazal, MD, a longtime Madison resident, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Sunrise Assisted Living in Madison. He was 96.

Dr. Kazal was born in Newark on February 26, 1922 to the late Leon A. & Anna Kazalski. He served in the United States Army honorably prior to his lifelong career in medicine.

He worked as a pathologist for St. Vincent's Medical Center in Manhattan for many years prior to his retirement.

He leaves behind his cherished children and one brother. Dr. Kazal will always be remembered for his tremendous skill as a physician, and for his kindness and good heart.

Funeral services will be held privately at the family's request and are under the direction of the Madison Memorial Home.
