Obituary of Eugene M. Kucinski

Eugene M. Kucinski, a longtime Florham Park resident, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Morristown Medical Center. He was 87.

Eugene was born in Newark on April 15, 1931 to the late Adam and Philomena Kucinski. He served in the US Marines from 1948 to 1952, earning the rank of Staff Sergeant before being honorably discharged. Eugene and his beloved wife, the late Jennie Kucinski (nee Parivecchio) would settle in Florham Park where they raised their family. They were parishioners of Holy Family RC Church.

Eugene had a long career as a parts warehouse manager with White Motors Trucking Company of Piscataway for over thirty years. He retired twenty years ago. In his retirement, Eugene played golf daily, enjoyed freshwater fishing and his scratch-off tickets. His most cherished time was spent with his two sons and his grandchildren.

Eugune was predeceased by his beloved wife, Jennie Kucinski (nee Parivecchio) in 2002. He is survived by his two sons, Mark Kucinski and his wife, Karen of Rockaway & Eugene Kucinski of Vernon; and his three grandchildren, Eugene Joseph, Luke & Anamaria.

Funeral services and interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery with his wife will be held privately at the family’s request.
