During this difficult time, I hope you always hold onto the warm and wonderful memories you shared together
, and that they continue to bring you and your entire family comfort and peace. May the words of 1 Peter 5:7 “ while you throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you” bring the entire family comfort and strength. Please accept my sincere condolences.

To the Miller Family,
The obituary I just read made me tear up; mad at God for taking such a beautiful soul from this earth. A woman who clearly did so much for others; those she loved but also those she touched but never met. It's these lives she touched by providing love and comfort by making hats & blankets for a pre-mature infant, a cancer patient in need, a battered woman in a shelter...
A few minutes after I finished reading her legacy, God (and a tissue) dried my tears and replaced them with a smile. I suddenly realized something. How can I be angry at God for creating gentile souls like Mari-claire? These are unique souls who live their lives with a higher purpose and inspire others to do the same. The gifts of love she gave to others remain forever and never die. They remain despite her being called back to God's kingdom for reasons we can't understand. They say love and sadness must co-exist and you can't experience one without the other. However doesn't it also seem logical to shout "why are you taking this person now when they are desperately needed here?" They say "one day we'll understand" but how does that help us now?
To Michelle, please know my heart aches for you. I can't imagine how sad you must feel. All I can say is I consider myself grateful for seeing first-hand how much your Mom meant to you. Years before I met her, I remember the countless times you spoke of the special bond you shared with Mom. You'd tell me about the phone calls to vent or cheer you up during your long commute to work. Her unconditional love provided you with strength, comfort and probably your biggest gift, your sense of humor. Your laughter is seriously contagious. I miss those days at work when just hearing you laugh made the day seem better. One day you will laugh like that again Although Mom has sadly passed, her presence will NEVER leave you. Mom's love works in mysterious ways. Trust me on this one. You'll see, I promise... Skittles
My condolences,
Ken (Clif and Kylie too)
