My Deepest Condolences to the entire family on the passing of Pat. He was an amazing man and I know he will be missed by many. My husband rented from him on Cook Ave. and told me many stories of how wonderful he was. They have both passed on now to watch over us from above. Keep him in your hearts and he will always be with you. Cherish your memories. Rest in Peace Pat.

To all of Pats loved ones. I have known “Mr.D” for >22 years and in a very up and down special bond for the past 5 years. I will miss his humor and our talks and his loving memories of the old days. I will miss looking out his kitchen windows and admiring his park like, serene backyard. As tough as he was he was kind & loving. I will miss him and my days spent with him. My heart goes out to all of you for the loss of such a patriarch one of the strongest, hard working men I have known. May he R.I.P Love to you all.
