I am saddened to hear of Joe’s passing. We’ve been friends since the late 50s. We played a lot of music together. Although we lived very far apart we stayed in touch by social media. I will miss Joe. May he rest in peace.

I worked with Joe at the Miami Dolphins and "humble" is a great adjective. A true gentleman, always a positive attitude in a very fast-paced work environment. My deepest sympathies to the Maliconico Family. RIP, Joe Mal.

Dearest Joe Mal,
May you rest in peace and now you and Carol are together again. We have many fond memories together and I will cherish them forever. Loved hearing you play the sax at DeMaio's in Whippany, you sure brought in the crowds when you played. Carol loved you so much and glad your are together now.

Uncle Joe and I just started to reconnect not too long ago. It was nice to catch up with him every 2 weeks or so. We always talked about the old times. Both Aunt Carol and Uncle Joe would come over to our house in Fair Haven on Sundays and have Spaghetti and meatballs. After dinner he would constantly tease the hell out of me. I remember those days like it was yesterday. Recently, he would give me pep talks when I was going through the worst time of my life. I’m really going to miss him and our talks.
I love you Uncle Joe.
