I will always remember Jane for her love and support. I worked for Jane in the Fairleigh Dickinson Madison library ordering department for four years of my undergraduate degree. She was always supportive of me and my education. I last saw Jane shortly after Bob had passed. Although she was grieving her loss, Jane still found the time to visit with me and give advice on my new career as a teacher. Jane was truly a wonderful person. I never forget her!

Remembering Jane... Jane and my mother, Lenore, were friends and both members of Madison Presbyterian Church. From this connection Jane knew that I had a business driving clients to and from Newark Airport. On numerous occasions I had done this for Jane, until one morning, when I arrived at the appointed time, she didn’t answer my knocks on her door. I was immediately very concerned, but found her door unlocked - and reluctantly went inside. Jane was still asleep in bed! She very quickly got ready - and made it to the airport in time. We laughed about it later. Jane was always generous, poised, elegant, and dignified. I shall miss her, and I am sorry for your loss. Mark Libbey

What wonderful and fulfilling life! I remember her wedding when I was about 8 yrs old. Later she and Robert gave my brother Tom and Me a tour of NYC. Our parents gave us money to contribute to a lunch, but they would have none of it. Jane often visited us in Wethersfield and I remember how much our mother loved her. She and Robert, we called him Bob, visited us more than once when we lived in Westbrook, CT. And the last time I saw her was maybe 6 years ago in the Norwich area where we met with Norwich and Worcester cousins. She has always been a favorite cousin for all of us. I shall miss her, but will always treasure memory of her.

I will always remember Jane from her walks around our neighborhood. She would stop and chat with me especially when I was out gardening. She would always comment about my lovely rounded boxwoods. She always had a beautiful smile on her face and a quick walking pace. Rest In Peace Jane. The neighborhood will miss you. Our condolences to the family.
