So sorry for your loss. Pete was a mentor to me and and very special person. He gave me my first job in the security industry. That became my career and now 50 years later I am still so grateful for what he did for me.

Pete was an amazing person. I worked for him for almost 10 years. One of the greatest bosses and mentors ever. He taught me so much, not only about my job but personally. When I was dating his secretary Catherine he gave us his blessing and after 35 years we are still married. Loved him.

I met Pete in 1966 when I went to work at Dictograph in Newark. For the next 20+ years he was a daily fixture in my life. Pete started as my boss and through the years became a teacher, a mentor, a colleague and a very dear friend. He was an example to me of what a man should be and what he should stand for.
As my career moved me around the country we stayed in touch and every year I spoke to my “Padron”on the phone on his birthday. He always told me that he was going to make a road trip and come to see me in Texas.
Pete was involved in a lot of “firsts” in my life. I bought my first color TV from him. I bought my first boat, Little Scamp, from him. I bought my first stock with Pete and bet on my first horse race with him. I went to a casino for the first time with him when we were in the Bahamas for a Dictograph convention.
Suffice it to say that he was a central figure in my life for many years and has a lot to do with who I became. Even though we haven’t seen each other in years, he was like a beloved big brother. Pete lived a long and rich life. Today my heart is broken and I miss my friend.

Our Deepest Sympathy for the Loss of Peter your Father, Grandfather, mentor and friend. Karen and I will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. Had many memories when i was a youngster working for your father at Dictograph. It was a good experience where i learned some skills and ambition to succeed. Peter will be missed and i always enjoyed hearing stories abut him and my dad's siblings when they were kids in Newark. Keep all the good memories close to your heart and he will be always with you.
