My deepest and sincerest condolences to the Larson Family.
I worked with Bob and he was one of the most kindest and gentlest souls that I have ever known. May Bob rest in heavenly peace.

I worked with Bob at Allied World. His knowledge and experience was second to none but it was that great persona and mischievous smile that really lit up a room. He certainly liked to mix business and pleasure and I have great memories of fun nights out with him in New York and Dublin. He always spoke so highly of his family and was very proud of his roots.
My sincere condolences to Bob's family and friends. Sleep easy buddy.

Bob’s incredible wit and infectious humor always graced our Long Valley neighborhood get togethers. We once spent a Saturday evening at the Villano house where I was the setup man feeding Bob one-liners, quips, etc. all night, but he WAS the show- his quick wit and biting sarcasm was in full bloom and we laughed all night. Thank you Bob for the joy and happiness you gave us all. Your grateful friend Jim C.

John & I were lucky in our lives to share a friendship with Bob for four decades. From his days of dating Julie, their beautiful wedding day, the joy of Bobby and Lauren’s birth's, and the arrival of grandson Luca —we have shared in many of the milestones that were so important to him. He was the husband, father, brother, uncle and friend that every one dreams of having in their lives. This loss is unimaginable but we take comfort in knowing that there are special people in heaven welcoming Bob with open arms. Our sincere condolences to all who have known and loved him like we have.

I had the pleasure of starting my career in financial services alongside Bob and Julie at Crum and Foster in 1981. Bob was a great friend, who loved telling jokes, and being the life of the party. My condolences to Julie and her family.

We are saddened here in Galway to learn of Bobby's passing and would like to send our condolences on to Julie and the rest of the family. I was privileged to attend the wedding of Bobby and Julie in 1984 and will never forgot the warm welcome I received from all the family on that occasion. Every meet up since then was wholly enjoyable due in no small part to Bobby with his good nature and humour and he will be sadly missed by all. RIP

Did not meet you Mr. Larson but I met your daughter Lauren. And the way she spoke about you it’s as if I knew you. Mr. Larson, you went through so much, but now you are at peace. Now you are at rest. No more pain. No more discomfort. Sleep on Mr. Larson.

I was so sorry to learn of Bob's passing. My heartfelt condolences to Bob's loving family. He was loved by everyone who knew him well at Allied World. Many a tear have been shed today. Bob was more friend than colleague, to many. I cherish the memory of meeting up with Bob and family while in Dublin, sampling pints with young Bobby and Lee Dwyer in a good number of bars before seeing out the evening at a live music venue. Good times. Oiche mhaith mo chara. Mick Gilliland

I got to meet Bob through my brother in law Kevin Loughney back in 1994. He was always a joy to be around, especially when he was on a roll telling jokes. I got to share many family events and golf outings with Bob and his wonderful family. Bob will definitely be missed by so many. Rest in peace brother.
